IBAKOREA INTELSIS Refund/Cancellation/Exchange Policy

IBAKOREA INTELSIS (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) complies with the Electronic Commerce Act and related laws and regulations, and operates the following refund, cancellation, and exchange policies to protect the rights and interests of its members.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

This policy applies to paid services provided by the Company (monthly subscription membership, one-time digital content, etc.).

Article 2 (Payment Method)

1. Domestic payment: Credit/check card through Toss Payments Co., Ltd., simple payment (Toss, Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, etc.)

2. Overseas Payments: International credit cards and overseas simple payments via Stripe, Inc.

※ Account transfer and virtual account payments do not support regular payments.

Article 3 (Cancellation and Refund Principles)

1. A full refund is available if the service is not used within 7 days from the payment date.

2. Partial refunds may be restricted if service use occurs (viewing content after logging in, downloading, taking classes, etc.).

3. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds due to simple change of mind may be limited.

4. Refund requests must be submitted through the customer center (email/inquiry form) and will be processed within 7 business days from the date of submission.

Article 4 (Refund Regulations by Product Type)

1. Monthly subscription service

  • If you use the service more than once after starting your subscription, the monthly fee for that month is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel your subscription, billing will stop from the next payment date, and any paid period will not be refunded.

2. One-time payment products (materials, photos, etc.)

  • No refunds if you have already viewed the content.

Article 5 (Domestic Payment Refund Procedure – Toss Payments)

  1. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  2. Card Payment: Cancellation will be processed within 3-7 business days, depending on the card company's policy.
  3. Easy payment (Toss, Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, etc.): Refund within 3 business days according to the payment method policy.

Article 6 (Overseas Payment Refund Procedure – Stripe)

  1. Refunds will be processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
  2. Due to the nature of international payments, refunds may take 7 to 14 business days or more depending on the card company, country, and exchange rate.
  3. Any losses resulting from overseas fees and exchange rate differences incurred during the refund process will be borne by the member.

Article 7 (Exchange Settlement)

Given that the service is digital content and an online subscription, we do not offer exchanges for physical goods. However, if a service error or significant defect is proven, compensation may be provided through methods such as extending the same service period.
