IBAKOREA INTELSIS Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members in relation to the use of the online platform and related services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by IBAKOREA INTELSIS (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. “Service” means the online platform, payment system and additional services provided by the Company.

2. “Member” refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and Conditions and enters into a service use agreement.

3. “Service Agreement” refers to the contract concluded when a user agrees to these Terms and Conditions, applies for service use, and the company approves the application.

4. “Payment” means the act of a member paying to use the paid services provided by the company.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms and Conditions)

1. These Terms and Conditions shall take effect upon posting on the service screen or notification by other means.

2. The Company may revise the Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations, and the revised Terms and Conditions will be announced in advance, specifying the date of application and the reason for the change.

3. If a member does not agree to the revised terms and conditions, he or she may terminate the service agreement.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)

1. This service is available without a separate membership registration process. The service agreement is established by logging in with a Google account and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2. Members must agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy when logging in for the first time. Failure to agree will result in restricted use of the service.

3. The company may restrict service provision in the following cases:

  • If you use someone else's Google account without permission
  • If you use the service for purposes that violate laws or public order and morals
  • In cases where it is difficult to provide services based on the reasonable judgment of other companies


Article 5 (Member Obligations)

1. Members must comply with relevant laws, these Terms and Conditions, and the operating policies established by the Company.

2. Members must not engage in the following acts:


  • Stealing other people's information, entering false information
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the service
  • Illegal acts that violate laws and regulations and acts that go against public order and morals
  • Any act that interferes with the normal provision of services by other companies

Article 6 (Provision and Change of Services)

1. The company provides the following services to members.


  • Online content and information provision services
  • Payment and refund related services
  • Services additionally developed by other companies or provided through partnership agreements, etc.


2. The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the services provided according to operational or technical needs.

Article 7 (Restrictions on use of services and termination of contract)

1. If a member violates the obligations of these Terms and Conditions or interferes with the operation of the service, the company may restrict use of the service or terminate the service agreement.

2. If a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, he/she may apply for termination in accordance with the procedures established by the company.

Article 8 (Payment and Refund)

1. Matters regarding payment, refund, and cancellation of paid services are subject to the separately established refund, cancellation, and exchange policy.

2. In the event of a payment error or system problem, the member must immediately notify the company, and the company will verify the information and take appropriate action.

Article 9 (Personal Information Protection)

The company protects members' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and specific details are governed by the personal information processing policy.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The company is not responsible for cases where it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, force majeure, or reasons attributable to the member.

2. The company does not intervene or assume responsibility for disputes that arise between members or between members and third parties.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
